How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details, where available.

Can I pick up my order directly from your warehouse?

Businesses within 100 km of our Vizela warehouse can select “Warehouse Pick-Up” at checkout to avoid freight charges. Collection is available Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:00. Please wait for our email confirmation that your order is ready before collecting.
